There are some general things we all find disgusting, like having someone fart at the dinner table. Other things might not be disgusting to everyone, like burping where some men actually find this cute in women. I know!! Hard to believe, but hey! Be careful with this one, I did say SOME men.
But then there’s a long list of things that men find disgusting and you probably never would have guessed. Some will come as sort of obvious, but others are a real shocker. Things that many women do, things that many women like, some things are even considered fashionable. But men can’t stand them.
You’re probably wondering why he’s not into kissing you when you’re wearing a certain type of lipstick, or why maybe he seems a bit dizzy around you. The problem is that men are from Jupiter and women are for Mercury, so you might be doing some things on this list that he just absolutely hates and finds disgusting. Some things are pretty easy to fix, other ones will just be a matter of personal choice. It’s not that there’s anything wrong with them, or that they cause utter disgust in the general population, they’re just a matter of personal dislike for men.

Hair On Almost Every Single Part of Your Body

Men of course don't mind if you have hair on your head, eyelashes, or eyebrows, but anywhere else it could become a problem. Men relate hair to guys and testosterone. Guys have hairy legs, hairy armpits, hairy everything. The more testosterone they have the more hair their bodies will have, which is why seeing a hairy woman can put them off. They don't want to see their girl looking like a guy, because they don't want to feel homosexual, that is if they aren't gay. A hairless girl will seem more feminine to them, because they'll relate it to not having testosterone or at least having very little.

Another reason why men find hairy women gross is because of socially constructed ideas of what a woman should look like. This means they've been programmed by society to see hairy legs or hairy armpits in a woman as something gross. Even between girls it's something that is seen as unattractive. But then again, this is only because of what we've been made to think.

Heavy Makeup 

 know! This one is a shocker. Women have been doing it all wrong. We wear makeup with hopes that the opposite sex will find us more appealing but this is actually wrong. Men find heavy makeup and in particular heavy foundation to be kind of gross, especially if the makeup is done badly, to an extent that the chunks of makeup can be noticeable. Also, keep it simple with the eyelashes, avoid gummed up lashes at all cost. Those are disgusting for both sexes.

Men prefer women with more natural looking skin. Sometimes they don’t even mind if your fine lines and pimples are noticeable because many times they’ll take that over dirty looking makeup or exaggerated, heavy makeup any day.

This is one of those things that women end up doing to instead seek other women’s admiration instead of the opposite sex. If you want him to find you more appealing, then keep things simple. If you’re too self-conscious about not wearing makeup, then just tone it down.

Dry Skin

There’s a reason why soft and smooth are adjectives used to promote body lotions. Men will sort of take for granted that a woman will have smooth and soft skin. That’s not even on their requirement list because for some reason they take it for granted.

But… when it comes as a surprise that their lady-love has dry skin it can become a huge turn-off. We are animals, both us, men and women. Which means that what we can perceive through our senses is extremely important.

The sense of touch for men is fundamental. What makes hooking up with a girl so much better than porn is the fact that they get to experience the event through more senses than just by watching, and this means touching. Dry skin can feel like caressing an elephant that has been lying down under the sun for endless hours, and they want to feel like they’re caressing a rose petal.

Being too drunk (Nobody likes a sloppy Sally) 

I guess this one goes for both sexes. Would you like to see your man passing out drunk? Being sloppy and dumb? Of course not! Well same goes for the opposite sex. It's one thing for a man who is a predator to be looking for the drunkest woman at the party and a completely different thing for a gentleman to avoid these boozy and careless women.

A decent guy will find a drunken woman to be disgusting. Many of them don’t mind if a girl drinks a bit and gets a little bit happy. But the scenario changes significantly after several drinks and going from being “happy” to throwing up in the bathroom and falling everywhere. This is extremely unattractive and can make even the most beautiful woman fall in a guy’s eyes. Some celebrities might have made it seem like being a party girl is “cool” but it actually isn’t. It turns a lady into a sailor and unless you’re looking at dating a pirate keep it sober and keep it cool.

Poor Hygiene (Greasy hair) 

Hollywood has a talent for making some leading ladies look smoking-hot after waking up, with bad breath, messy hair and general poor hygiene being completely overlooked. But remember that that’s just the fantasy of the screen. Behind their perfectly groomed messy look, there’s an army of stylists and makeup artists to make the “poor hygiene look” cool.

In real life, you don’t look like Drew Barrymore in Charlie’s Angels after fighting 15 dudes and looking dirty, sweaty and sexy. You look like the hobo from the corner. So, keep things clean, brush your teeth, shave your legs and armpits, wash you hair!!! Dirty hair is very disgusting and above all, noticeable. You can tell when a girl hasn’t washed her hair for a while by the grease on the roots.

Dirty might be a look that Hollywood can pull off, but in real life dirty will never be in style! Nor will it be sexy. Keeping a good personal hygiene is not only healthy, but it’s also the minimum you can do when you’re trying to get a guy’s attention.
